- All services are provided based on mutually agreed requirements, scope, timelines, and pricing.
- Any additional work outside the agreed scope will require separate approval and may involve additional charges.
- Project timelines depend on timely inputs, approvals, and content from the client.
4. Payments & Billing
- Payments must be made as per the agreed proposal, invoice, or contract.
- Advance payments (if applicable) are non-refundable once the project has started.
- Delayed payments may result in work suspension until payment is received.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds will be provided for completed or partially completed work.
- If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, payment for work already completed will be retained.
- Subscription or maintenance services can be cancelled with prior notice as per the agreed terms.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All code, designs, content, and materials developed by Technical Thinkers remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
- Respond promptly to approvals and queries
- Ensure they have legal rights to any content, images, or data provided
Technical Thinkers is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client inputs.
8. Third-Party Services & Tools
- We may use third-party tools, plugins, themes, APIs, or hosting services.
- We are not responsible for changes, downtime, pricing, or policy updates of third-party services.
- Any paid third-party licenses must be purchased by the client unless agreed otherwise.
9. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep confidential information private.
- Project details, login credentials, and sensitive data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.
10. Limitation of Liability
Technical Thinkers shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business
- Issues caused by hosting providers, third-party plugins, or external services
Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
11. Website Usage
You agree not to:
- Use our website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our systems
- Copy or reuse content from our website without permission
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments are not made
- Misuse or abusive behavior is observed
