At Technical Thinkers, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our business dealings. Please read this Refunds & Cancellations Policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. Nature of Services
Technical Thinkers primarily provides digital services, including but not limited to:
- Website & application development
- WordPress & WooCommerce services
- UI/UX design
- Technical consulting
- Maintenance & support services
- Digital training and workshops
Due to the customized and time-based nature of these services, refunds are limited.
2. Refund Policy
❌ No Refunds on Services Rendered
- Once work has started on a project, no refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services.
- Payments made for time, planning, research, development, or consultation are non-refundable.
❌ Advance Payments
- Any advance or upfront payment is non-refundable once the project has commenced.
- This includes booking fees, discovery charges, or onboarding fees.
3. Cancellation Policy
🔹 Client-Initiated Cancellation
- Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice (email or documented message).
- If cancellation occurs:
- Before work begins: Refund may be considered at our discretion, after deducting administrative costs.
- After work begins: No refund will be provided for the work already completed.
🔹 Company-Initiated Cancellation
Technical Thinkers reserves the right to cancel a project if:
- Required information or assets are not provided by the client
- Payments are delayed or not made as agreed
- Client engages in abusive, unethical, or unlawful behavior
In such cases, no refunds will be applicable for completed work.
4. Subscription & Maintenance Services
- Monthly or recurring services can be cancelled by providing prior notice as mentioned in the service agreement.
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once it has started.
- Services will continue until the end of the paid period.
5. Third-Party Costs
- Any third-party expenses such as plugin licenses, themes, hosting, domain purchases, or API subscriptions are non-refundable.
- Technical Thinkers is not responsible for refunds related to third-party providers.
6. Delays & Project Hold
- If a project is delayed due to lack of response or required input from the client for more than a reasonable period, the project may be placed on hold.
- Payments already made will not be refunded.
- Resuming the project may require revised timelines and additional charges.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any refund or cancellation disputes must be raised within 7 days of the issue arising.
- We encourage resolving issues amicably through discussion before escalation.
8. Policy Changes
Technical Thinkers reserves the right to modify or update this Refunds & Cancellations Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
